  1. Ok I am tired of all these post from people claiming to be travelers which have no pictures or proof of technology. I am attaching 2 common devices used to travel time otherwise known as trans universal transportation, mind warpers. And one is an industrial large military unit. The others are portable wrist watch/eye body units.I challenge anyone here claiming to be a legit traveler to tell me the technical operating parts inside of these units, and how they work?? While your at it tell me what a visa/travel document is whom it is required by and when????

Anyone which can't answer these basic questions obviously DOES NOT have access to any technology of this kind in the future."

The first image is an articulating retractor. Not a time travel device. Not even close.

The second image is ??? an early version of Google glasses? Still, not a time travel device. Nope, no way.

I challenge anyone here claiming to be a legit traveler to tell me the technical operating parts inside of these units' date=' and how they work??[/quote']I'm not a legit time traveler and I can't tell you the "technical operating parts inside"... beyond the impression, they appear to be 2 sets of gears, 4 total, and several connecting rods, to transmit the turning of the lower knob, to the articulating movement of the device because... I'm not an engineer although, that fact, qualifies me to BE a legit time traveler.

  2. the ip is not located where it's illegal

    Maybe,...

The Madrid Union currently has 97 members, covering 113 countries. These members represent more than 80% of world trade, with potential for expansion as membership grows.Members of the Madrid Union

... but you are displaying it in the USA right now. I believe this domain is registered in the US or maybe Canada and subject to their trademark laws.

    It is Cosmo's call.

  3. what i have to worry about ?i have no risk to be arrested or thing like that

I think in your case it tends more toward credibility than an actual arrest. That might only come if you are committing some form of actual fraud. I wanted to see your answer. Now, it is a matter for Cosmo to decide whether your illegal avatar can remain or not.

As to your credibility, as thin as it is already, trying to present yourself in a manner that is, in fact, untrue, false, misleading, and actually illegal speaks volumes. You have demonstrated you are simply another wannabe time traveler with one of the worse attempts I have yet seen.

I have no need to ask you further questions.

  4. I just have one question at this time.

Are you aware that using the ® symbol on something that is actually NOT a registered Trademark is illegal?

(See Section 906 of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure (TMEP) if you have any questions yourself.)

You may wish to reconsider your avatar.

PS. If your answer is something on the order of, "It isn't registered.."Yet"..." save it. It is illegal to use it while waiting for an application to be approved also.

  5. I though I posted some serious questions. I suppose the format was unfamiliar to someone from 2046 so I'll try again, in a more compendiary manner.

    You stated:

"I was initially sent back to 20th century to 1993 to be precise to either retrieve the formula for or obtain a sample of, a extremely heat resistant insulating material. That was stumbled upon by amateur scientist, but later lost when he passed away leaving no samples behind and taking the formula with him to the grave."

    Question 1

How do you know it existed if it was "lost"?

    You stated:

..."That the act of simply travelling back in time creates a new "world-line", distinct from the one from which you left."...

    Question 2

Why would you, or your superiors, believe it will exist in "this" T/L since this T/L was created when you entered it?

    To a question asked on another forum;

"Do you know John Titor or heard of him? Does he exist in your timeline?

    You stated:

"Yes, we are part of the same division."

Hello I'm from the year 2046

Since, again, your DToTT states a "new" time line IS created with each jump...

    Question 3

How do all of these time travelers keep ending up on this SAME time line?

Thank you in advance for your answers.

  6. I really can't understand what has happened to science and scientists over the past years. Maybe it's not science as a whole but only those that are eager to accept an agenda and submit their finding to agree with a desired premise and then only those in agreement find their efforts accepted and their results published. I don't know for sure but I am very disappointed in the field I have followed and loved for so many years.

These are estimated values calculated from the best information science currently has available. For what that's worth.

    Mass of Earth: 5.972 × 10^24 kg

    Mass of Water: 1.350 x 10^21 kg

A little math and it becomes apparent that the water constitutes ~ 0.02% of the mass of the planet. 2 tenths of 1 percent. Not very much.

For comparison, if you weigh 200 lbs, the equivalent is 0.64 ounces.

Or in metric, 100 kg, the equivalent is 20 grams.

That's less than 1 shot of whiskey. Imagine being in your favorite watering hole holding a shot glass and the bartender fills it up. Do you lose your balance? The only time a shot of whiskey affected my axial center was when it was around the 10th or so in a night.

Their assumption also relies on a "perfect sphere(?)", which this planet IS NOT. Equatorial bulge anyone? It would seem to me anyway, much of any added water from ice melt would naturally move to the equator maintaining the majority of the mass at the equator. Maybe?

Then there are the gravitational affects of the Sun and the Moon not only on the Oceans but on the planet itself.

Of course, we can not consider the fact (?) that the iron core of the Earth spins independently of the crust, which produces our magnetic field which, aligns according to the position of the magnetic poles which, have been moving around for, I don't know, let's say, over a billion years.

Right, forget ALL that. Let's jump to conclusions like the good little tax-payer funded followers we are. It's ... at least partially... the result of water displacement... caused by... of course... global warming which... even thought conveniently not mentioned in the paper but... certainly implied in the article which... is again of course... the result of human activities on the planet. Everyone... you know, the consensus, the 97%, (the 76 out of 78 that agreed)... agree that natural forces are not the major contributing factor. The Sun, 333,000 times more massive than the Earth or the Moon, 81 times 'less' massive than the Earth but still 54 times more massive than the water on the Earth could affect this by possibly pulling on the molten inner core of this planet or the iron core at the center. Remember the high and low tides? They range from 2 feet in the open ocean and 38 to 53 feet along some coast lines. Our friends in England may be familiar with the 50 foot tidal range in the Severn Estuary. None of these things could be affecting the axial movement or pole shift. No... it's far more likely that global warming is causing ALL the ills this poor planet is experiencing because of the infestation of disgusting humans that only know how to destroy everything they touch. Damn humans.

As for me, I believe... no better yet, I know the reason for this is the Aliens that live in the hollow middle of the Earth. They are moving around in there and causing the axis to shift. Damn Aliens.

  7. I've been presented with quite a few questions, that I will answer at some point. Possibly in other threads. What I will say, to kind of answer KerrTexas, life in 2046 is not a bed of roses, but then its also not a bed of thorns. I was initially sent back to 20th century to 1993 to be precise to either retrieve the formula for or obtain a sample of, a extremely heat resistant insulating material. That was stumbled upon by amateur scientist, but later lost when he passed away leaving no samples behind and taking the formula with him to the grave. My appearance here in the early part of the 21 century was neither scheduled or sanctioned, I bent the rules slightly for personal reasons.

1993... for a "lost" tech... how do you know it existed if it was "lost"... why would you, or your superiors, believe it will exist in "this" T/L since this T/L was created when you entered it?

(Dimension Theory Of Temporal Travel ) was explained by a technician to me along these lines, that for every decision or action that's made, the alternative is played out in another reality. He when on to explain in the most simplest of terms, That the act of simply travelling back in time creates a new "world-line", distinct from the one from which you left. So by going back in time you can change events but those changes wont effect YOU, or the world-line you came from. You just prevent another version of yourself from a (lag reality) undergoing the experience. However the (Dimension Theory Of Temporal Travel ) means there are already versions of yourself that haven't undergone the experience you want to change. You can only go forward in time in the same world-line, not back without it becoming a new reality. There sadly a number of users on this forum that are not going to grasp these concepts due to being ill-educated in basic mathematics and science and dare I say lacing in common sense.

Serious Claim - How my temporal displacement device (time machine) works!

( I won't begin questioning what "Time Laws" exist that also create a "PAST" whenever a "NEW" T/L is created by all you TT'ers out there... seeing as how " I " remember "existing" before 1993.)

"Do you know John Titor or heard of him? Does he exist in your timeline?

Yes, we are part of the same division."

Hello I'm from the year 2046

JT and you end up on the same time-line. How fortunate for us... and you. I mean, what are the odds that both you and John would "create" the same T/L.

Why do you offer revelations of "our" future (or our possible future)? You can only offer what has occurred in "your" T/L. You are engaging in the same mistake JT made when he capitulated and begin answering questions about the future and "his" civil war.

This sounds to me like just another weak attempt at perpetuating the same story all over again. These Tales FAIL at the statement, "I first went back to XXXX year to retrieve a Blah blah blah... ".

I'd like to say, "Nice try." but it isn't.

  8. I have a few rock painting in Australia showing comtemporary images of Space -Time craft that woukd disprove the statement that time travel is only future pointing, what would be safer to say is that only SAFE, time traveler should be to the future, and extreme caution appled for any past pointing time travel

I'd like to see pics of those rock paintings.

  9. This has been around for quite awhile but I wanted to share it again... here. This is for all you whipper-snappers that think recycling, i.e. "Green", is YOUR idea.

How Wasteful The Older Generation Was

In the line at the store, the cashier told the older woman that she should bring her own grocery bag because plastic bags weren't good for the environment. The woman apologized to him and explained, "We didn't have the green thing back in my day."

The clerk responded, "That's our problem today. The former generation did not care enough to save our environment."

He was right, that generation didn't have the green thing in its day.

Back then, they returned their milk bottles, soda bottles and beer

bottles to the store. The store sent them back to the plant to be

washed and sterilized and refilled, so it could use the same bottles

over and over. So they really were recycled.

But they didn't have the green thing back in that customer's day.

In her day, they walked up stairs, because they didn't have an

escalator in every store and office building. They walked to the

grocery store and didn't climb into a 300-horsepower machine every

time they had to go two blocks.

But she was right. They didn't have the green thing in her day.

Back then, they washed the baby's diapers because they didn't have the

throw-away kind. They dried clothes on a line, not in an energy

gobbling machine burning up 220 volts -- wind

and solar power really did dry the clothes. Kids got hand-me-down

clothes from their brothers or sisters, not always brand-new clothing.

But that old lady is right; they didn't have the green thing back in her day.

Back then, they had one TV, or radio, in the house -- not a TV in every

room. And the TV had a small screen the size of a handkerchief, not a

screen the size of the state of Montana. In the kitchen, they blended

and stirred by hand because they didn't have electric machines to do

    everything for you.

When they packaged a fragile item to send in the mail, they used a

wadded up old newspaper to cushion it, not styrofoam or plastic bubble

    wrap.

Back then, they didn't fire up an engine and burn gasoline just to cut

the lawn. They used a push mower that ran on human power. They

exercised by working so they didn't need to go to a health club to run

on treadmills that operate on electricity.

But she's right; they didn't have the green thing back then.

They drank from a fountain when they were thirsty instead of using a

cup or a plastic bottle every time they had a drink of water. They

refilled their writing pens with ink instead of buying a new pen, and

they replaced the razor blades in a razor instead of throwing away the

whole razor just because the blade got dull.

But they didn't have the green thing back then.

Back then, people took the streetcar or a bus and kids rode their

bikes to school or rode the school bus instead of turning their moms

into a 24-hour taxi service. They had one electrical outlet in a room,

not an entire bank of sockets to power a dozen appliances. And they

didn't need a computerized gadget to receive a signal beamed from

satellites 2,000 miles out in space in order to find the nearest pizza

    joint.

But isn't it sad the current generation laments how wasteful the old

folks were just because they didn't have the green thing back then?

  10. One Sunday morning, Satan appeared before a small town congregation. Everyone started screaming and running for the front church door, trampling each other in a frantic effort to get away.

Soon, everyone was gone, except for an elderly gentleman who sat calmly. Satan walked up to the man and said, "Don't you know who I am?"

The man replied, "Yep, sure do."

Satan asked, "Aren't you going to run?"

"Nope, sure ain't," said the man.

Perturbed, Satan asked, "Why aren't you afraid of me?"

The man calmly replied, "Been married to your sister for over 48 years."

  11. Aging is curable. Human instinct to destroy all they see is less so.

Why people make such absurd statements is an even bigger concern than all of these doomsday/death scenarios... with the exception of "crossing the street" which everyone knows is the most dangerous thing anyone can do.:D

    But, back to the white hole;

Sorry Hyououin Kyouma, this is not a "new" hypothesis. It's been around since 1964.

"The possibility of the existence of white holes was put forward by I. Novikov in 1964"

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_hole

I just can't understand why some physicists want to depict a black hole as some kind of in/out funnel looking thing. There is no way, if they do exist, that they would look like the depictions everyone is familiar with and certainly not a in/ black hole side... out/ white hole side. The images that are out there are some of the stupidest things I've seen come from astronomy/cosmology/ astrophysics etc.

As far as AGW/GW goes, I'd like to see the discussion restarted. I missed it in 2008-09.

  12. CWO2, that's fantastic. I'd be interested to hear what your specialty classification is. I'm pretty sure it isn't pumps.:)

I mentioned your other post here simply because it relates to "my' post and I didn't want to post, pretty much the same stuff, in two threads. My post was directed at your credibility to challenge the intelligence of another poster. I wanted to display how "we all" can be "misunderstood".

So, what is your classification? I'm curious.:sneaky:

  13. All time travel paradoxes are simply "thought experiments". There is, as a matter of necessity, a lot of assuming going on with them. In the example you offer, I see person A1 "as" the paradox. As long as A1 exists, there is a paradox... he is there but, having warned A2 to avert some impending situation, he has removed the impetus for his time travel to warn A2 of it. The future, from A2's perspective, is unwritten. He experiences no paradox. If A1 ceases to exist, for whatever reason, the paradox disappears completely since, there is no one that "knows" a different future. The events that led to A1's travel did not occur for A2, who "is" A1. He will simply "pass" that period of time, without notice.

So, in that sense, A1's future IS invalid. I think each paradox would have to be considered under it's own terms.

    I think...:)

  14. Silly vodkafan. Haven't you seen the movie, Hot Tub Time Machine (2012)? It's the "whirlpool jets" that make it all possible. It works so well, it spawned a sequel, Hot Tub Time Machine 2 (2015). I know some of these things are happening really fast but, please, try to keep up.;)

Now, I'm gonna take a chance on sounding like "an idiot" here but, I don't think there is very much CO2 in outer space. Now there is a lot of Helium and Hydrogen, the latter of which would make a reasonable fuel source but, not so much the CO2.

Black holes are also still theoretical and if they do exist, how they work, is still conjecture. You have made several declarative statements with no real basis in fact. As far as theories on time travel go, yours is a valid as any others, all things considered.

...before criticizing posts' date=' read and understand so that you actually sound half way intelligent when you post replies like this. otherwise, just stay off my post. please and thank you...[/quote']o_O

Using capital letters and proper punctuation would also go a long way in increasing your own credibility.

I noticed in another post you made the following statement:

as for the other image? yeah' date=' thats a diagram of a larger model centrifugal pump, commonly used in backyard pools, or on a much larger scale, dams (anyone on here, feel free to google it if youd like to show you what im talking about). im a navy officer on S.S. Truman currently docked at Norfolk, VA, so im fairly knowledgeable on both diagrams. nice try though.[/quote']:giggle:

    http://timetravelinstitute.com/threads/i-am-from-the-year-2038.10645/page-2#post-91559

I had already identified the image as a "lathe". It IS a lathe. It is this lathe;

    http://www.lathes.co.uk/zbrojovka/

It IS NOT a centrifugal pump. It IS NOT even CLOSE to a centrifugal pump. It also appears you may have left out a word, like maybe "Petty" in front of "officer", if that's even true, as well as the "U" before the "S.S. Truman", a mistake I don't think an Officer would make. Perhaps, before you call someone else an idiot, you might "double check" your own statements. You are obviously NOT "fairly knowledgeable on both diagrams". Nice try though.

  15. A spinning tops have nothing to do with this.Because it's motion is caused by the friction of it's spinning when it moves.Ruff surfaces have irregularities that cause it to respond erratically.Because of it's tinny point.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vedP40v0eDYI did not. I don't like to download stuff from places I am not sure of. I suppose, I would have to question; What are the physics programmed into the game engine? There can be a huge difference in what a program can do that "is not reality" depending on the physics used in the program. I have hacked or modded many games to allow for attributes that would not be possible in the real world. This blend game engine could allow things to occur that really, would not.

  16. Cosmo;

I was just going to edit my previous post but apparently the edit feature has timed out. If you want, please merge this with my previous post.

    Edit:

I did consider another angle on this while thinking about it after the post. You would be time traveling on the Merry-Go-Round at the North Pole if you consider that, as the Earth turns beneath you, you will pass through all 24 time zones and if you are spinning in the opposite direction, even at the same rate the Earth turns, you will pass the 24 time zones at "twice" the rate as someone standing still. Is this "time travel"? In a way but, not in the sense that people consider it, as a Sci-Fi premise. It was a funny thought to consider though.

  17. I just conducted an experiment of your premise with two identical box fans I have. I set them on a table in line and observed them facing the blades. Here are my results:

    Both fans spinning in the same direction;

Slower fan behind faster fan... Strobe effect noticeable. No time dilation apparent.

Slower in front... Strobe effect more noticeable. Still no apparent time dilation.

    Fans spinning in opposite directions;

same results... No time dilation observable.

I realize there are limitations to the experiment on "this level" but, all that was observed was the strobe effect of the spinning blades. If you are using a solid surface, you would be unable to observe the opposite surface except in a side-on position. I still can't see where you are going with this.

  18. You are correct to say I "have not thought about it much". What I have thought about are inconsistencies in your statements and trying to reconcile them with "what little I know" in physics.

Perhaps you could explain further, what you are trying to demonstrate.

I found that all spinning objects were composed of a forward motion and a spinning.

I've played with a lot of spinning toys as a youth. I've launched many a top as a child. I have noticed them skitter across the floor while they spin and thought little of it but, even then, I knew it was moving across the floor because of my action while making it spin. Often, it was more than content to set and spin in one place...

    Spinning top video.
