  1. Texas Physicist Makes New Advance For Theory Of Quantum Gravity. http://www.spacedaily.com/news/physics-01c.html College Station - Feb. 21, 2001 In 1905, Einstein made major changes to laws of physics when he established his theory of relativity. Now Einstein's laws might also undergo significant changes. Dimitri Nanopoulos, who holds the rank of Distinguished Professor of Physics at Texas A&M University and heads the Houston Advanced Research Center's Group for Astroparticle Physics, established, along with other physicists, that the speed of light, instead of being the constant value of 186,282 miles per second, might change. In 1905, Einstein established that light was the only object to have a constant speed in all reference frames. This idea was the cornerstone to his theory of relativity, and later to laws of physics. "If the speed of light proves not to be constant any more, even by a very small changeable amount, laws of physics -- the theory of relativity included -- will have to undergo significant changes," says Nanopoulos. Nanopoulos, who chairs the Theoretical Physics Division of the Academy of Athens, is among the many physicists who are trying to establish the basis of quantum gravity, a theory that has been dreamed of by physicists since the 1920s. While they were doing mathematical calculations, Nanopoulos and physicists Nikolaos Mavromatos of King's College in London and John Ellis of the European Center for Particle Physics (CERN) in Geneva, discovered a new expression for the speed of light, which depends on its frequency. "Through our calculations, we found that the speed of light is frequency- dependent," says Nanopoulos. "But a change in the usual speed of light value of 186,282 miles per second is noticeable only for light coming from astronomical objects situated very far from Earth, which is why this frequency dependence has not been noticed so far." Physicists are setting up the theory of quantum gravity to put together two major discoveries of physics in the 20th century: the theory of relativity and quantum physics. The theory of relativity explains both how space and time are related to each other and how gravitation works. Quantum physics describes the workings of the microscopic world, where laws of probability replace the deterministic view used to describe our everyday world. Until now, physicists have been considering many scenarios for quantum gravity, but these scenarios have never been experimentally confirmed. The hypotheses put forward by Nanopoulos and his collaborators has been under experimental scrutiny, and the results obtained during the last few months are encouraging. "One way to experimentally test our hypothesis is to consider galaxies or other objects in the sky that are very far from us," says Nanopoulos. "Then we collect the photons (particles of light) simultaneously emitted by these sources, and we look at differences of arrival times in a detector on earth between photons of different frequencies. The photons of higher frequencies should come later." The frequency-dependent expression of the speed of light depends on the gravitational constant, a quantity that is known since Newton established his law of gravitation. By using the differences in photon arrival times of six astronomical sources, Nanopoulos and his collaborators estimated an upper bound of the value of the gravitational constant from the data, and compared their results with the expected value. "We were amazed to see that if we use all these astronomical data, we find very reasonable values for the gravitational constant," says Nanopoulos. "That was our first surprise: the fact that, put together, a bunch of data that had nothing to do with the gravitational constant, gave us values so close to what we would expect to find." A second experimental encouraging result about the frequency-dependence of the speed of light was provided by the HEGRA (High Energy Gamma Ray Astronomy) experiment, which is detecting photons from outer space, and is situated in La Palma, Canary Islands, The frequency-dependent expression of the speed of light was used to solve a problem faced by three physicists: Tadashi Kifune, from the University of Tokyo in Japan, Ray Protheroe, from the University of Adelaide in Australia, and Hinrich Meyer, from the University of Wuppertal in Germany. The problem occurred when HEGRA physicists detected very energetic photons emitted by the galaxy Markarian 501. "The most energetic of these photons were expected to interact with other very low-energy photons from the infrared background radiation, which is a radiation present since the early universe," says Nanopoulos. "When a very energetic photon interacts with a low-energy photon, they have just the right quantity of energy to create an electron-antielectron pair. But physicists at HEGRA did not see any of the expected electron-antielectron pairs, but did observe very energetic photons instead. "By using the frequency-dependent expression of the speed of light, Kifune, Protheroe and Meyer found that the combined energy of each type of photon was not enough to create an electron-antielectron pair," adds Nanopoulos. "That is why no electron-antielectron pair has been observed." If by looking at more energetic photons, HEGRA never detects the expected electron-antielectron pairs, this would provide further support of the new hypothesis put forward by Nanopoulos and his collaborators. "This frequency-dependence of the speed of light changes drastically our view of the theory of relativity," Nanopoulos says. "It is also the first time that we have a window of opportunity to study quantum gravity, and thus scientifically study the origin of the universe. It is a fantastic thing that we can experimentally magnify such a tiny effect." Nanopoulos says that if the frequency-dependence of the speed of light is further confirmed by other experiments, the theory of relativity would still be valid under certain circumstances. "There is nothing wrong with Einstein's theory of relativity. If the energy of an object is much smaller than 10**19 proton masses or if the distance between two objects is smaller than millions of light-years, Einstein's equations are still valid," he says. 2. Doc Brown, as for the unknown elements for interstellar craft are concerned, perhaps this might shed some additional light on the subject... THE DISCOVERY OF ELEMENT 115 PAVES THE WAY TO UNDERSTANDING GRAVITIC CONTROL http://www.abovetopsecret.com/pages/element115.html Element 115, the key to understanding how the ultra-secret "Black World" has created aircraft capable of manipulating gravity and space/time, has been identified, and the recent discovery of element 118, which decayed INTO element 114, further helps identify the possibilities. The most important attribute of this heavier, stable element is that the gravity A wave is so abundant that it actually extends past the perimeter of the atom. These heavier, stable elements literally have their own gravity A field around them, in addition to the gravity B field that is native to all matter. The Key To Gravity-Control Systems No naturally occurring atoms on earth have enough protons and neutrons for the cumulative gravity A wave to extend past the perimeter of the atom so you can access it. Now even though the distance that the gravity A wave extends past the perimeter of the atom is infinitesimal, it is accessible and it has amplitude, wave length, and frequency, just like any other wave in the electromagnetic spectrum. Once you can access the gravity A wave, you can amplify it just like we amplify other electromagnetic waves. And in like manner, the gravity A wave is amplified and then focused on the desired destination to cause the space/time distortion required for practical space travel. This amplified gravity A wave is so powerful that the only naturally occurring source of gravity that could cause space/time to distort this much would be a black hole. We're amplifying a wave that barely extends past the perimeter of an atom until it's large enough to distort vast amounts of space/time. Transmutation We synthesize heavier, unstable elements by using more stable elements as targets in a particle accelerator. We then bombard the target element with various atomic and sub-atomic particles. By doing this, we actually force neutrons INTO the nucleus of the atom and in some cases merge two dissimilar nuclei together. At this point, transmutation occurs, making the target element a different, heavier element. As an example, in the early 80's, the lab for heavy ion research in Darmshtot, Germany synthesized some element 109 by bombarding Bismuth 203 with Iron 59. And to SHOW you how difficult it is to do this, they had to bombard the target element for a week to synthesize 1 atom of element 109. And on that subject, this same lab has projected that in the future they should be able to bombard Curium 248 with with Calcium 48 to yield element 116 which will then decay through a series of nuclides which are unknown to them, but are well known to the scientists at S4 located within the complex of the Groom Lake "Area 51" installation. The length of time which an element exists before it decays determines its stability. Atoms of some elements decay faster than atoms of other elements, so the faster an element decays, the more unstable that element is considered to be. When an atom decays, it releases or radiates sub-atomic particles and energy, which is the radiation that a Geiger counter detects. Alien Craft The reactor found in the alien craft at S4, as widely mentioned by physicist Robert Lazar is primarily based on a superheavy element with an atomic number of 115. Element 115 will be designated as "Ununpentium" according to IUPAC guidelines. Its periodic designation and electron configuration appear in the diagram at the top of the page. The collision of lead and krypton leads to the new elements. BBC News Online Science Editor Dr David Whitehouse Two new "superheavy" elements have been made by bombarding lead atoms with energy-packed krypton atoms at the rate of two trillion per second. After 11 days, the scientists working at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, US, had produced just three atoms of element 118. These contained 118 protons and 175 neutrons each in their nucleii. The new elements decayed almost instantly to element 116, which itself was short-lived. But, for that brief moment, they were the only three atoms of these elements ever to have existed on Earth. Ken Gregorich, the nuclear chemist who led the discovery team, said: "Our unexpected success in producing these superheavy elements opens up a whole world of possibilities using similar reactions: new elements and isotopes." US Secretary of Energy, Bill Richardson, commented: "This stunning discovery opens the door to further insights INTO the structure of the atomic nucleus." Unstable combination Atoms consist of a central nucleus surrounded by a cloud of electrons. The nucleus consists of protons and neutrons. But not all combinations of neutrons and protons are stable. In nature, no element heavier than uranium, with 92 protons and 146 neutrons, can normally be found. Scientists can make heavier ones by colliding two large nuclei together and hoping that they will form a new, heavier nucleus for a short time. One of the most significant aspects of the new elements is that their decay sequence is consistent with theories that predict an "island of stability" for atoms containing approximately 114 protons and 184 neutrons. "We jumped over a sea of instability onto an island of stability that theories have been predicting since the 1970s," said nuclear physicist Victor Ninov. He is the first author of a paper on the discovery submitted to Physical Review Letters journal. Atomic structure Synthetic elements are often short-lived, but provide scientists with valuable insights INTO the structure of atomic nuclei. They also offer opportunities to study the chemical properties of the elements heavier than uranium. I-Yang Lee, scientific director of the atom smasher at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, said "From the discovery of these two new superheavy elements, it is now clear that the island of stability can be reached. "Additionally, similar reactions can be used to produce other elements and isotopes, providing a rich new region for the study of nuclear properties." Fast work Element 118 takes less than a thousandth of a second to decay by emitting an alpha particle. This leaves behind an isotope of element 116 which contains 116 protons and 173 neutrons. This daughter is also radioactive, alpha-decaying to an isotope of element 114. The chain of successive alpha decays continues until at least element 106.

  5. There is perhaps much more than meets the i.e. "Public Eye" as for what's really going on in those underground labs, all nicely tucked away from the press, or Acadamia, after all, most of what is to become commonly accepted by any oficiated statements to the media, or what later becomes accepted by scientific communities, is generally channeled through the academic structure, and latter published in academic journals & liturature, while gaining attention through various otlets of the media. Perhaps this might explain as to why many research that has already gained many results to provide evidence in support of Time~Travel, or other concepts, it lacks the common elements of exposure through the channels that give it clarity of recognization & worldwide acceptance as being no longer something of whimsical fantasies belonging to overated sci-fi fans. here is just one example... 20. from another perspective view by "Ivan Van Mieghem" ... Regarding time. Consider a movie. It is a series of frames that are played in sequence. As you watch it "time" passes. However, all frames exist at all times. You just don't see them all at once. It's your way of perceiving it that makes it seem like there's a sequential structure to them. But, you could just as well first play the last five minutes, then hop to the middle, and then go to the beginning. Or whatever. The entire movie is always there, you're just focusing on different pieces at different "times". This is an approximation of what "time" really is. That we see it as sequential is merely a limitation on our current perception, and not fact. Just as animals have less sense of time than we, there are higher ways of perceiving time than what we currently understand. It is entirely possible to perceive the entire movie concurrently, if your perceptional awareness is good enough. Just as the first word of the universe has been spoken, so has the last one. However, the above would imply extreme determinism. The script is written, and there's no way to change it. And that's not correct either, so the above is only half the story. In fact, it is quite possible to not only change the future, but also the past. From a higher time perception point of view there's no difference between past, now, and future. "now" is merely a point of focus. Add to this parallel realities and multi-dimensional personalities and souls, and things get tricky. But the above should give you some hint at what to look for. I cannot explain this any further, because I don't understand it myself any further. But just as we can grasp that there's a difference between how we and animals perceive time, we can extrapolate how it would be possible for higher levels of perception to exist that differs from our current one in similarly extreme ways. This should explain the apparent paradox of someone from the "future" coming "back" to change the "now" so that the future is changed. There is no "time", hence no future, hence no past, hence no paradox. With thanks to the anonymous source for his / her feedback . Your feedback is greatly appreciated ! 21. and where do I remember this one from is anyone's guess, you can remind me latter... Photons are bosons, having no electric charge or rest mass. They are the carriers of the electromagnetic field. If only at absolute zero the inertial and gravitational forces are unified as believed by some researchers, then a simulation of the absolute zero condition may be possible. EM standing wave confinement of a symmetrical resonance state should approximate the required conditions at temperatures well above the absolute zero point. The approximation could result in a type of inertia we don't normally encounter. Provided that a standing wave confinement condition is achieved for a time sufficient to be measured. A standing wave appears to be stationary hence the term standing wave. It is this condition that should approximate a frozen in time state. Just how this type of inertia reacts or interact with the ZPF will provide possible new insights. The above model is a suggestion of this idea. The subatomic proton and neutron are both believed made from three quarks. Could this design be a MACRO proton or antiproton? Since gravity fields act on and in proportion to the fundamental structures of matter, what if that basic structure became huge? If we could then freeze the resonance of that particle would it act strangely? Would it have an inertia or gravitational effect? We have found that when an object is forced to accelerate, it will see the ZPF to be asymmetric, or in other words, distorted. Due to this distortion the accelerating object will see a zero-point flux of energy and momentum coming at it, whereas ordinarily, when the object is not being accelerated, the ZPF is perfectly uniform and symmetric. A key result of our analysis is that these fluxes prove to be proportional to the acceleration of the object, i.e. the more rapid the acceleration, the more the ZPF is distorted. Material objects consist of charged quarks and electrons, which will tend to scatter any oncoming electromagnetic flux. When all the quarks and electrons in an object scatter the distorted ZPF passing through, the object will experience a kind of drag force. We are proposing that this might be what the inertia reaction force really is... the drag force due to being accelerated through the vacuum fields. In this view, objects would not intrinsically resist being accelerated; objects would not possess mass. Mass would really be just a way of characterizing the resistance due to the ZPF molasses (or in the future more general case, the quantum vacuum molasses) that kicks in upon acceleration.……..A non-geometric (i.e. flat spacetime) approach to gravity is legitimate in quantum gravity. Similarly another non- geometric approach would be to assume that the dielectric properties of space itself may change in the presence of matter: this can be called the polarizable vacuum (PV) approach to gravity. Propagation of light in the presence of matter would deviate from straight lines due to variable refraction of space itself, and other GR effects such as the slowing down of light (as judged by a distant observer) in a gravitational potential would also occur. But of course it is the propagation of light from which we infer that spacetime is curved in the first place. This raises the interesting possibility that GR may be successful and yet not because spacetime is really curved: rather because the point-to-point changes in the dielectric (refractive) properties of space in the presence of matter create the illusion of geometrical curvature. A PV type of model does not directly relate gravitation to the ZPF (or to the more general quantum vacuum) but it does appear to provide a theoretical framework conducive to developing the conjecture of Sakharov that it is changes in the ZPF that create gravitational forces" Excerpt Below from: Fran De Aquino http://www.elo.com.br/~deaquino/ "Fran De Aquino's research involves many aspects of Gravitation and Cosmology. After thirty years of research the professor De Aquino discovered that the gravitational and inertial masses are correlated by a factor, which depends on the incident radiation upon the particle. He showed that there is a direct correlation between the radiation absorbed by the particle and its gravitational mass, independently of the inertial mass….here is the possibility of control of the gravitational mass by means of the incident radiation. This theoretical result was recently experimentally confirmed …..Consequently there is a strong evidence that the gravitational forces can be reduced, nullified and inverted by means of electromagnetic radiation." Time Warped Fields & Closed Time-Like Curves go hand in hand my friend... . Tipler first described a working "time machine" through his theory of massive rotating spheres. http://www.geocities.com:0080/Area5.../5763/time.html Certain types of black holes also exhibit the "time travel" abilities of Tipler cylinders. Kerr was one of the first to describe the dual event horizons of a rotating black hole. As with Tipler's cylinders, it was possible to travel on a "time-like" trip through a Kerr black hole and end up in a different world line without being squished by the gravity of the singularity. http://www.physics.fsu.edu/courses/ fall98/ast1002/section4/blackholes/fig11- 13/fig11-132.htm http://qso.lanl.gov/~bromley/nu_nofun.html http://www.leonllo.freeservers.com/blackworm.html http://www.astro.ku.dk/~cramer/RelViz/text/geom_ web/node4.html The mass and gravitational field of a microsingularity can then be manipulated by "injecting" electrons onto its surface. By rotating two electric microsigularities at high speed, it is possible to create and modify a local gravity sinusoid that replicates the affects of a Kerr black hole. Here's what Dr. Anderson explaned in his last interview in Frankfurt, Germany 03 Aug. 1999... Dr. Anderson:] "I did many things... many things that I still cannot discuss today. But I can say that the focus of my work was in the research, development, test and evaluation of space-time models and systems. It was here at the Air Force Flight Test Center that I began building a detailed understanding and passion for space-time physics. I moved from project to project developing new mathematical methods and models to help advance space-time study, test and evaluation. I remember that just as I was finishing my graduate program with California State University that I became almost completely obsessed in trying to solve a very specific and elusive problem. The problem was to explain an unpredicted and inexplainable variance in position that some of our space-based satellite systems experienced over longer periods of time. I was finally successful in solving the problem by creating a predictable and reliable mathematical model. However, even though my model worked, it took several more years for me to refine and really understand it. When I finally did I couldn't believe what I was looking at." "It turned out to be an absolutely complete space-time model. It included every aspect of relativistic physics even including consideration for details like frame-dragging that is caused by the gravity and spin of the Earth and the Moon. This resolved the discrepancy in the satellite position almost perfectly. What was most exciting wasn't the existence of the mathematical model itself, but the relationships that fell out of it. At this point in time I began to develop what I labelled "Time-warped Field Theory" to describe these relationships and how they could be applied for practical time control applications. I left the United States Air Force to continue my work and spent almost all of my time since then working to fund my research, advance my theories, build our TRI-STAR virtual laboratory, and plan the launch of the Time Travel Research Center." As with Tipler's cylinders, it was possible to travel on a "time-like" trip through a Kerr black hole and end up in a different world line without being squished by the gravity of the singularity. http://www.physics.fsu.edu/courses/ fall98/ast1002/section4/blackholes/fig11- 13/fig11-132.htm http://qso.lanl.gov/~bromley/nu_nofun.html http://www.leonllo.freeservers.com/blackworm.html http://www.astro.ku.dk/~cramer/RelViz/text/geom_ web/node4.html The mass and gravitational field of a microsingularity can then be manipulated by "injecting" electrons onto its surface. By rotating two electric microsigularities at high speed, it is possible to create and modify a local gravity sinusoid that replicates the affects of a Kerr black hole. Here's what Dr. Anderson explaned in his last interview in Frankfurt, Germany 03 Aug. 1999... Dr. Anderson:> "I did many things... many things that I still cannot discuss today. I left the United States Air Force to continue my work and spent almost all of my time since then working to fund my research, advance my theories, build our TRI-STAR virtual laboratory, and plan the launch of the Time Travel Research Center." 24. This thread shall be a personal contribution for everyone to post anything they can dig up that is, or "should have been" accredited to Honour Mr. Nicola Tesla. In Honour & Memorial Of Nicola Tesla... *Tesla created the zero-time generator in the 1920's. It provided a very basic time reference which is actually locked to the center of our galaxy. That's why they call it a zero time generator. Locking equipment to that is the only way you can get some of these higher function generators to work.
  25. Mokrie Dela, Good to see you too! ("@^@") I believe what you are referring to, is called ..... "S T A R L I G H T" It is necessary to create advanced containment shields on a variety of levels when considering traveling through space @ faster speeds, including, but not limited to Time~Travel, or "Hyperdimensional" space. Even Energy units require this. ---"12" <This message has been edited by Time02112 (edited 27 April 2001).>
