Dizzie Posted October 1, 2014 Share Posted October 1, 2014 Hey, Guys, If you're a music fan of any sort and happen to be in the Mid-Atlantic weekend after next, I highly recommend the Richmond Folk Festival (click for link) . It began as Richmond's 3-year turn at hosting the National Folk Festival which afterwards moved on to other cities. Counting those three years, this is the 10th year of the festival and as such, they are having a kind of "best-of" slate of performers. There is music in most all genres with a lot of international, as well as demonstrations, kids activities, etc. NOTE - Even if you can't attend, you can listen live via the web on WCVE 88.9FM (click for link) Peace!
