The David the bio-android precognition paradox

Recommended Posts

Did David the bio-androbot or synthetic human as held in the movie Prometheus, know ahead of time that the details of the mission were going to be a failure?

And if so, what is you opinion on how David had realized this suspicion?

Fill-in on David, what he's about. The David model was built by Weyland Industries and is a prototype human design based in a synthetic DNA, however with an altered bloodstream as media for that advancement.

This model is to construct an artificial version of mankind, but with an essence on how near perfect that one is able to evolve this design.

When David was made, born, his constructs of psyche were instilled within timed levels. This was so that there was a playground, a collection of constructed thought platens, for him to build experiences.

This David model was particularly made to be loyal in his life's mission to Peter Weyland, only. Some might say, or ask the question is David's intention to be subversive to others of the extra-planetary mission crew, if odd situations should arise?_The answer is while not against the mission, there were flies in the ointment.

David was so perfectly designed and constructed, for all intent purposes while be christened as an artificial human. In essence David was a viable living being.A soundly designed humanoid, but of another genre.

**There is the glaring predicament raised in the beginning of Prometheus, did David have some sort, form of pre-cognition, to where he had known, or realized all outcomes before these outcomes ever had a chance to materialize?

The answer in example is, that in a graphic construct that we can all see, was Divid looking through a shape of the letter U optical stovepipe? This is where the optics to view in, also indicated the ability to observe outcomes? The second option is was there some other kind of precognition in the mirth of the mission, that was not of ahead of time factors alone.

The concept of David is a very compelling set of circumstances with an advanced being. Please fee free to study the outlines and other predicaments associated with him. Truly, Pinter

All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act on their dreams with open eyes, to make them possible.

A little help here.David in his artificial form, is a near perfect version of mankind. But there is a factor here of Mnemonics, or factors closely related to machine learning.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mnemonic

What the actions of David represented in Prometheus, are a near machine-like quality that either can, or cannot discern as to what the future is, or how these possibly pre known factors will unfold.

*An experiment in theory is to manufacture a lot of Davids, however' keep this collection within a closed in itself society. The mechanics of nature and how nature works, is even though these beings are all alike, in time they would diverge personal opinions and become different, even though their original basing had been all identical.

But the factor in prediction still rises, did David know from his superior intuition that all issues for the most part would go wrong with the mission as a being saying guessing this, or was this a factor of near capacity mnemonics, that had predicted the future?

**In David spiking with the pro-genetics media mixture, in the drink of Dr. Holloway, actually he had saved him from being killed by the engineer. So in a way, if David was precognitive within his personal values, in this instance he performed a mercy killing.Pinter
