Boy, I leave for several months and come back to this. You all got so sidetracked into attacks on each others characters that you forgot all about the original post. Here's my two cents worth, "If humanity can imagine the technology, then it can build it." If it already hasn't been built, it will be. We're to stubborn of a species not to dabble in something that shines like a bauble such as time travel.

But in my own personal introspection I'm going to have to agree with TTA. The idea of time travel is just way to much of a temptation to use safely. I know some of you. I know that you would like to bring back that loved one that you lost.(I am sympathetic though.) I know that you would like to go back to that girl(or boy) that you liked back in high school and ask him/her to the dance. I know that you would love to do something to make your life better, brighter, and in living color. Perhaps you would like to help mankind become a better species. (Or something more simple as turning off the oven before your house burned down.)

Bear with me. I'm the layman's term person. Imagine if you will a pyramid of cans reaching from the floor to the ceiling of your room.(Yes your room). Now your the can at the very top, but you decide to go back in time. Head on down to the bottom. Oops, you stepped on a rare butterfly...oh my, or "Yes officer I saw that truck about to hit the man and I pulled him out of the way." The pyramid(time) comes crashing down from the bottom(beginning)to the top(end). Destruction, salvation, revelation, time has changed. One can, and you only need one(event that is), and the entire structure above(representing the future) is changed. You could re-stack all the cans into a pyramid again, but can you say that each and every can(each moment) was put back into the structered order as you knew it. And again you couldn't say that the new timeline was for the better. I give it the chaos theory of 50/50 for good against bad. Thpppppt.

And don't give the old addage of "If at first you don't succeed..." If you change time whose to say, you'll even get a second chance. (And no I'm not pessimistic. Just trying to imagine all the variables. So please don't shoot me guys.)

So even if I do believe in time travel I really don't believe it should be used. (Not by the bunch of us anyway.) ;b

You know what...? All this talk about a person who hasn't been around here for a week, is getting old. He's probably just lurking around, trying to find some other place to do his lame routine again. And if someone believes his sincerity, they need help. I knew that he was messed up from the beginning. But does anyone listen to me...?

I don't want to say it again, but I told you so.

Hey Scientist, if your reading this, I dare you to respond. =) <If he responds, then we'll know if he read the past posts>. Haha... I Dare you to respond you loser wanna be of Scientist. I think my toilet needs cleaning, you big shot government janitor =P.

i've just poped in at the end but hear me out

it i impossible to bugger up the timeline as that would mean interfereing with history and that my friends would result in a paradox (actually thinking about it, it would only be a paradox if you intrended to do such a thing) either way you are safe in the knowledge that no one is fucking about with you as every thing that has happened HAS HAPPENED so there isnt a chance that someone is going to go back i time and kill you AS YOU ARE ALIVE! so lets think about that

1.) "Necessity is the mother of invention."

...I am not yet sure as to why it is necessary for us to travel "Time", however I do believe that we are a curious race; willing to sacrifice the most valuable gift it has (Life) just to find out what else is out there, and the benefits have always resulted to direct & indirect advavement of our evolution with amazing results.

Just look at our history!

2.)"Playing around with the machines of the Gods, is like trying to break into heaven with a can opener".... None the less, it will not prevent us from trying. Man's greatest achievements always prevailed with persistence to push beyond the very foundations that hold us together.

Either way we WILL travel through time and do everything humanly possible when we are there, because thats what we are, we ruin what we have and then live with the conciquences.

The point is, if we ruined the timeline, would this effect ours, or just act like another "change" and create an infinite amount of new universes, leving this one allright and with everything hunkey-dorey?

Will

I don't know if undisciplined Time~Travelers are responsible for mucking up our Time-Line, or having a negative impact on our environmental conditions, as a result of foul play from their screw-ups, or ours alone, or a sophisticated combination of all of the above. I will say this much, when you contemplate all of the freak storm activity, we have been sufficing thus far, including an "F-5" category Tornado, that which used to be considered Impossible by all of those accepted ideas contrived from prior calculations of "Mainstream Scientists", and the increase of solar activity by leaps & bounds never before witnessed in our history, perhaps since prior to our global ice age, and what of those strange criss-cross chemtrails in our skies above? it only spells trouble to me! I think we are getting ready for something even bigger than what we could have ever imagined. (Time~Travel) might have something to do with all of this, who knows, only "Time" will tell.

That's exactly what I been thinking about for the past 7 years now. When I was a child, I could have sworn I had the ability to make it rain. And when I would want it to, it would. And I could also make it stop. It was so neat, I miss my childhood. But to make a long story short, I grew up, and lost most of my abilities =(.

But last year on 10-16-99, we had an Earth Quake here in CA. I woke up just 1 minute before it happened, and knew it was going to take place.

It was later confirmed that the Earth Quake originated from a Military Base in the desert some place.

Could it all be a coincidence?

Or am I somehow connected profoundly to Time, that I would somehow pick up the slightest disturbances and manipulation of it? Well, I felt it all my life, and still do to this day, but with less intensity. About 5 times a day now. People at work are starting to take notice.

Anyway's, I don't want to scare people off. Just thought this posting by Time02112 was interesting and I had some personal experiences with Weather changes. So I decided to post.

Now to this day, I know now what Time Travelers are doing to our environment. I have some more convincing evidence, but that's pretty personal. Since it involves someone dear to me.

Anyway's, anyone hear about the 3 Ice Bergs the size of Connecticut that broke off from Antarctica on May 5th? Isn't that going to raise the sea level of the West Coast? And shift the Earth's Axis? Or has a Time Traveler already prevented this?

Something to think about.

Truly,

Javier C.
