City v Country might make more sense than it seems

I was thinking (never a good thing I know ). I thought that Titor's claim of a war between the cities and the country makes more sense than it would at first seem. As with a lot of recent threads this has to do with the aftermath of hurricane Katrina, basically, a lot of the anger seems to be coming from the more rural communities, because they say they have got little or no help. If I need to explain any further please say so.
