Bayonne Cops hang out in the CHANDELIER and then 'target' Bayonne residents in the Diner. The owner is 'best buds' with POLICE DIRECTOR MARK SMITH. JAMES MAHONEY is seen 'in the company' of MARK SMITH all the time. Many of MAHONEY's police harrassment incidents HAPPENED IN DINER attached to THE CHANDELIER. NOT A COINCIDENCE. Mr. MAHONEY HAS 5 POLICE HARRASSMENT/ASSAULT CHARGES ON HIM along with the Hoppe's area assualt of Paul Hartnett for CHILD OFFENSES against MAHONEY. I am sure OTHER BAYONNE POLICE OFFICERS are INVOLVED in this CRAZY ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR. (Mike Waldron can also be seen that Nicorette television ad with the corvette.) But Mr. Smith is in the closing scenes and/or credits of Ransom. DO YOU WANT A PICTURE OF HIM! He has a "beard" or "goatee" talking loud and tough. A younger looking guy than the other real cops in that on-going scene. They are asking if the "Gary Sinese" character was a "good cop"... Mr. Smith likes to copy 'McMonagle' with a beard or goatee because he is obviously an obsessed nut ball. He friendly with Gary Sinese" of CSI:NY of the "How to kill a Superman" Episode.
