"3rd Party" means ANYBODY CAN BE GIVEN YOUR COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL as if it was a "copyright waiver". You as owner of the copyright are the "1st Party" Kinkos could be considered the "2nd Party" Anybody else could be the "3rd Party" But Kinkos lawyers don't understand the concept of "services".. You are using their "duplication" equipment "copiers" not asking them to "publish" information. Just making copies! As SNL Character would say! ONLINE INTERNET SURFING: It would appear that KINKOS is speeding up the clock on their internet computer logon credit or debit time management software to "steal your money". Time flies! On Kinkos! Internet Machines! DON'T GO THERE! Go to UPS instead! No "3rd Party" waiver and/or release form used by KINKOS! Has HUGE IMPLICATIONS for CORPORATE COPYRIGHTED INFORMATION!
