jameswade
Does anyone know how to convert or compress digital video down to about 300 or 400 bytes per second?? I see videos on the web that are 2 or 3 Min's long and are only 5 or 6 MB, but when i want to upload a video from my digital camera it is too big to upload, (1.5 MB per sec) or about 100 MB for a 50 or 60 sec video........? ruthless
there are two ways. first and foremost is to go into options inside your video camera and turn down the quality, the second would be to get a converter. here is one of many on the net: http://download.cnet.com/Easy-Video-Convert/3000-2194_4-10815728.html also, you can burn it to dvd, and in the dvd encoder, you will have options to increase or reduce quality size. you can also fiddle with windows movie maker and lower the quality.
