Earth quake prediction comes true? HAARP?

On Saturday 16th November, a prediction was made on forum site, "God Like Productions". It was predicted that on the 17th November that a 7.6 or greater magnitude quake would occur. Lo and behold, on the 17th november, a quake measuring 7.8 was recorded on Scotia sea region.
