I have never heard of this doll till now. To be honest I have no desire to see this doll. If you have seen the doll and felt nothing I have to wonder if this is really true what is being said about it. After all, usually if there is some sort of energy such as a ghost surrounding an object odds are we would feel it. I have only encountered a Ouija board once in my life, and that was enough for me. I had an uneasy feeling just seeing the thing. I don't know if these are real but I didn't like the energy surrounding it.

As for Robert the haunted doll, as I said I don't want to see it. I love dolls, for me they are something I never outgrew. I don't want anything to do with a doll that some believe is haunted anymore then I want anything to do with those films about demonic dolls. I have never even watched that episode of The Twilight Zone about the doll that was alive. I don't think so, I love my dolls too much to put a negative spin on them.

Well, it's just my experience. I don't want to go out on a limb and say he isn't haunted because others may have experienced things. I consider myself sensitive, though, and I felt no energy at the time. He was behind glass, as well. Maybe that had something to do with it...??? Overall, I'm still on the fence. Could be haunted, but the spirit wasn't there when I was.Do haunted dolls scare you?

All I've seen is just a pic of the doll but knowing what is in the doll and just thinking if I had that doll and it moved by itself or even changed expressions, I would freak out!

haha. Of course. Sadly, I didn't get to see that happen. I suppose it would freak me out, too, if it moved!!! :)

I have known about this doll since I was a child. It is something of a creepy story, but nothing that is blood-curdling. The doll itself isn't even scary-looking. I personally think that if I was there, I probably would be freaked out.

This makes me think of a 30-page story I wrote a few years ago. It is about a antique French Jumeau doll that is given to a little girl a 100 years ago. Without giving away my whole story (it's not published), the doll maker is extremely upset with the little girl's father, a doctor who could not save his wife and child in childbirth. The doll maker makes a binding pact with pagan gods to curse the women of the family for 100 years through the demonic forces of the doll.
