TomJo Posted February 24, 2021 Share Posted February 24, 2021 In the Martian meteorite Allan Hills 84001, found in 1984 in Antarctica, Japanese planetary scientists were able to construct ancient nitrogen-rich organic molecules. This means that organics existed on early Mars, carried by meteorites or formed directly on the planet. Since then, there has been no sensational news. The name Perseverance makes a lot of sense.
