Several stray dogs with bright blue fur were recently found roaming near a derelict factory in Dzerzhinsk, Russia.

Let me guess toxic waste radiated water burned their throughts? Yeah life is cruel. More like people who built Chernobyl USSR soldiers. Let's hope CCP won't follow such USSR steps.
